TERMS OF SERVICE

✧ You are allowed to make edits to the art but do not remove my watermark. I try to place it in a spot that will not obscure the image but if you absolutely must move it, then please let me know first. You are allowed to make edits to artwork that is for you, as long as it isn’t turned into something hateful or offensive. If anything, if you would like to make edits to the art, you can always ask me and I’ll be more than happy to edit it for you if you’d like free of charge! I usually keep a lot of the original drawing for a pretty good while so more than likely I’ll still have the drawing and can make edits to it!✦ Speaking of edits; I may or may not be able to make color edits awhile after depending on the artwork. Meaning if you changed the colors of the character you had me draw and would like it to be accurate to their current design I can more than likely do that for you but only if it is a flat colored piece! If it’s shaded it will take more effort and I can’t guarantee it’ll look the exact same due to having to modify the shading coloring.✧ As the buyer you are allowed to use my art for any personal use: print it out to have in your room, use as a wallpaper, use as an icon, turn into a sticker/keychain for yourself, etc.
✦ You may not use the art for profit: selling it as stickers, prints, etc. You are however allowed to give away things like this so long as they are not being sold. (I know some companies for stickers, keychains, and buttons only make in bulk so you maybe give extras away for free.)
✧ You are allowed to repost the art anywhere, use it in edits, profile pictures, all that; so long as you credit back to any of my socials, if you are unaware if I have a certain social (because not all are listed) feel free to ask and I’ll let you know! If I do not have that specific social then please credit another, preferably my main instagram. If uploading on toyhouse credit me there!
✦ Do not claim the art as your own at all.
✧ As the artist, I have permission to use the artwork drawn for you as examples and I am allowed to upload it. If you however are not comfortable with this then PLEASE let me know! I’m absolutely fine not uploading the artwork if you are not okay with it!!
✦ My artwork absolutely cannot be used for ai or NFTs. If I find out it’s being used for such, it will result in you being blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.╔═.·:·.✧ ✦ ✧.·:·.═╗
PAYMENT
✧ At the moment I can’t receive money directly, however, I accept payment through genesis crystals for Genshin Impact! Prices are in USD! [I may also take discord nitro or toyhouse premium on some occasions!]
✦ Payment is upfront. If you have commissioned before/or I know you personally (friends and close friends) you are allowed to pay after I get the sketch to you.PROGRESS
✧ I only send confirmation/progress images for sketching, lining, and base colors. You may ask for more at any given time.✦ Please note I can be a slow artist due to lack of energy and motivation.
✧ Do not rush me please. Yes you are allowed to ask for progress but do not constantly ask me day after day how it’s going. It can make me feel very pressured and demotivated which may cause your commission to be slower. I update my trello very frequently which is where you can view the progress on your commission, but you are still more than welcome to shoot me a message to ask about it!CHANGES
✦ You are allowed to request changes during the process free of charge at any time.
✧ If I missed a detail or left something out of your character please let me know!!COMMUNICATION
✦ You may contact me on any of my socials for a commission, discord and Instagram is preferred but other socials are okay!
✧ I make sure to keep the customer updated throughout the process of the piece. If any issues arise that may affect when I can work on your art, I will make sure to let you know!
✦ And of course I send wips; I do however just ask that I receive some sort of reply when I send a wip just so I can completely make sure that you are okay with the progress so that I may continue. I don’t usually feel comfortable continuing if I haven’t gotten a reply back because what if something does need to be fixed.

Commissioning something to do with selfshipping? The first extra character is free! :] Any characters added after that will have a cost, but unlike regular interaction arts, you’ll only pay for one character instead of the two!

EXTRAS
- I can add simple backgrounds such as a solid color or the shaped background seen in the images for free! Just let me know or else I’ll just give you the transparent version!
- Some flat colored pieces have very very minimal shading, let me know if you’d like that to be included! If you don’t let me know, I’ll just keep it completely flat!
- Extra characters are $5 extra! Extra characters can only be added to halfbodies, fullbodies, and chibis at the moment.
- It’s important to note that my shading style can vary from piece to piece, so if there’s a specific shading style you see that you’d like me to use, let me know!
- Props/Objects can usually be added for free depending on what it is so please ask first to check! If there does need to be a fee it would be pretty small still!
- I add a tiny effect/filter over the art (noise and chromatic aberration), if you would like me to not add that to your drawing please let me know! Or I can also send you the unfiltered version as well!!

SKETCHES

Sketches! A cheaper option if you don’t mind something a bit messy! :]These are uncolored by default! ^^
However there are three different color options!
Single Color +$1: Characters will be filled in with one color.
Monochromatic +$2: Characters will be colored using variations of one color.
Fully Colored +$3: Will be fully colored!
